EBD Initiatives

The aftermath of India’s COVID waves has left many on the verge of poverty. Our priority is to bring relief through livelihood programs, capacity building, and access to government/NGO programs. We drive immediate disaster relief, scalable solutions & capacity building. Our key initiatives include:

Scholarship Programs for Rural Children
Ensuring Lifelihoods for over 50,000 Farmers in Cuddalore, TN
  1. Citizen Access to Benefits (CAB): The poor and underserved get fast-track benefits from government schemes (+NGO initiatives), subsidies, grants, entitlements, and support. This aids over 200,000 farmers, rural poor, women and children. CAB field assistance centre mobile teams engage at the village level.
  2. Analytics, Research & Policy: Increase transparency and accessibility of government programs. Conceive and implement large livelihood-enhancing projects. Inspire students through volunteering and internship. Enable small business, entrepreneurship & innovation. Ease of Living – at the last mile. This program supports the Citizen Access to Benefits (CAB) effort.
  3. FarmX: Empower farmers, enable food security, a robust marketplace, cold chain facilities, reduces wastage, and feeds the hungry. Goals are higher prices and lower costs for farmers. Our initial phase shall empower over 50,000 farmers in Tamil Nadu, India. Incubation and support for women-centric farmer organizations.
  4. Livelihood and Economic Development (LED):  Incubate and support entrepreneurship and self-employment including opportunities for women and Self Help Groups. Ensure Ease of Doing Business for small business, start-ups and larger enterprises entering Tamil Nadu and India. Optimize skill development to increase relevance and employability.
  5. Disaster Relief Fund: Support through communication, awareness, immediate relief of food, meds, clothing, shelter and support to the affected. We also provide logistics, field distribution and fast-track access to government resources.
